Development Of Care Homes

• Moss Lane, a turnkey 66-bedroom care home in Leyland, Lancashire (delivery Q3 2024): The site came with the benefit of full planning consent for a care home of contemporary design providing bedrooms, with full wet room ensuite. The design and specifications of the care home was undertaken by Revival Architecture Ltd.

• St Ives Road, a turnkey 70-bedroom care home in Somersham, Cambridgeshire (delivery Q1 2025): Designed by adg architects Ltd, the consented development including a ‘H’ shaped block with shared communal spaces and offices at ground floor, and shared spaces, an activity room and outdoor balcony at first floor. Plant rooms, kitchen, staff rooms and other facilities are located on the second floor.
