Investimmo Group is a UK-based real estate development company specialising in renovations and new build projects over 1,000 sqm, with most of its projects spanning across the Midlands and the North-West of England.
Based in Wigan, Lancashire, Investimmo Group was founded in 2017 by Fabio Frisenda, a real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience.
We are the main contractor on all of our development projects leveraging our partnerships with subcontractors and construction professionals.
From its origin in identifying investment opportunities and delivering co-living accommodations on the behalf of investors, the company grew over the years into a full property development company.
Over the last eight years Investimmo successfully delivered 124 residential apartments and 186 rooms in co-living accommodations.
In 2022 Investimmo group diversified in the developments of care homes with the ambition of building new generation care homes across the UK
