• Based in Wigan, Lancashire, Investimmo Group was founded in 2017 by Fabio Frisenda, a real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience.
  
• We are the main contractor on all of our development projects leveraging our partnerships with subcontractors and construction professionals.

• From its origin in identifying investment opportunities and delivering co-living accommodations on the behalf of investors, the company grew over the years into a full property development company.
